Hey everyone! I've been going extremely hard on the dummy over the last 2 days trying to test as much as I could. I don't think ive ever come out with videos on nearly consecutive days 😂. Today's video has two parses in it. I will provide build/rotational info for both, as well as for the third build I tested (last patch bow/bow pillar of nirn). I tested a variety of other setups but found these two to have highest damage peak and the most consistency from parse to parse. Special thanks to @CharlesESO as these results are a cumulative effort of both of our testing and theory crafting.

Parse 1: Bow/Bow
Race: Dark Elf

Stam sustain can be a bit difficult in the pre execute phase of the fight but is manageable with proper potion/synergy timing. If you cannot sustain max stam for whatever reason, swap to lava foot or perhaps try prebuffing with rune focus/forward momentum before starting the parse. The more difficult portion of the fight to sustain is magicka in execute. In content, you want to run radiant glory over oppression as it gives you mag back that is much needed. If you cannot kill the dummy fast enough, you will likely bottom out of mag. If this is an issue for you, swap to radiant glory for the parse as well. Per usual, I am potion swapping at around 40% from ulti pots to spell power pots. If you don't want to bother with this, then make sure to keep up degen/vamp bane throughout the parse for their crit buffs.
I had to drop ritual a tad earlier then I would have preferred in order to sustain the mag in execute. If you are running radiant glory over oppression, do an extra cast of ritual at 25%. Keep poison injection/endless hail/trap up the entire fight for their buffs. Stop casting spear when you start to beam and stop using potl at around 15%. Rather then hold for a meteor in execute, drop 2 dawnbreakers. The weap/spell damage buff is nice for beam. If you need to barswap off of lethal arrow, I find it easier to just cast an extra spear. Try not to do this often as it is a damage loss.
Alternatively, you can swap to the other morph of poison injection and drop degen all together. This will allow you to run solar barrage in its place.

Sustaining this setup on max stam food is impossible. Lava foot is a must. Per usual on plar, I am potion swapping in execute so that I do not have to keep up jabs/vamp bane for their buffs. If you would rather not bother with this, then keep these skills up throughout the parse. I find the easiest way to potion swap is to put spell power pots on the top of the potion wheel. While your toon is channeling a jab cast or a beam, you can quickly make the swap without too much issue. Make sure to keep stampede/cloak/trap up the entire parse for your buffs.
