Context:
Crystal Passive U4 is the passive that allows characters with the same crystal colour to get a chance (20%) of recharging EX to max upon acting. The demerit of said passive is -2 S1/S2 uses.

I was going to say it would take a nerd to do a series of test to get statistical data to prove that having both Enna Kros LDCA and U4 would lead to having both procs active at the same time, as it does not have a clear disclaimer in the description of said passive that says otherwise. It only states that 1 action would lead to 1 proc from U4, excluding certain actions.

Then I remembered that when Enna Kros LDCA proc kicks in, there is indeed a text box stating the character's EX is refilled because of Enna Kros [C]. So I realised it actually does not take much to prove if they work at the same time as it also shows when it is the crystal passive U4 kicking in and intervening.

The test took me 2 tries to find the proof and the first one failed because only Enna Kros LDCA procced 5 times lol.

Test result in the form of Seymour BT phase: (counting at the end of T)
T1: Enna Kros LDCA
T2: None
T3: U4
T4: Enna Kros LDCA & U4 (both)
T5: None
T6: Enna Kros LDCA

This second trial shows that:
1. Enna Kros LDCA and U4 are separate procs.
2. Procs have no CD.
3. They can proc at the same time, though you still can only do 1 EX
*Just a reminder that U4 procs anytime it pleases. I had Leo getting EX proc on T1 in both runs.

Therefore in theory, having both Enna Kros and U4 at the same time would indeed get you a higher chance of getting a EX proc.
The new chance of NOT getting any EX proc would be:
1 x (1-0.2) x (1-0.2) = 0.64 (64%)
compared to the old 80%.

Basically you will have around one-third (36%, one-third is ~33%) of the time getting some kind of procs.

It actually is a pretty good boost for characters like Seymour, who needs his EX for a free skill to complete his BT phase. It is much safer to bet on a proc with both effects in place compared to one.
Bahamut and Rem BT are still premium for consistency. Though they will have little to no impact when it comes to BT phases.
