Separate Billing / Shipping Details
Specify 'Y' if you want to print Separate Billing / Shipping Details on the invoice. On specifying 'Y' in Separate Billing / Shipping Details some data field becomes active which are as:

·Applicable for - Select from the list whether you want Separate Billing / Shipping Details window will appear at the time of entering voucher for All parties or only for Cash/Bank.

·Specify Key Field - Select the Key field from the list i.e. whether you want to fetch party details as per party name, mobile no. or e-mail id.

·GST Report Basis - This data field will appear only in case of Sales voucher configuration. Select the GST Report Basis from the list i.e. you want to reflect the data in GST reports as per party master or billing / shipping details or you want to specify it at the time of data entry.

Let us understand with the help of an example. Smart Clothing, a garment manufacturer, receives request from one of it's retail customers to print their name on the invoices. Now when the cashier at the retail outlet enters the Sales transactions the cash account is affected since Smart Clothing does not want to keep a track of the customers. Thus, on the invoice instead of the customer's name cash account is printed. Now due to the special request Smart Clothing needs to print the customer's name on the invoice in addition to cash account. For this purpose, it performs the following steps
