*HELPFUL HINTS: This move is in "Wall Plane" which means that your hoop will stay parallel with your front and back side...as much as possible! You are moving the hoop with both hands, and hand passing at the bottom wide with an inside grip, thumbs pointes in, palms facing backwards, near hips (or wherever your hoop size allows); and then hand passing up at the top pinky finger touching pinky finger, up top, also inside grip, with palms facing in towards your face.
