INGREDIENTS
13.8 oz (391 g) can of ready made pizza dough
1 lb (454 g) shredded cooked chicken
1 cup (237 ml) barbecue sauce
8 oz (227 g) block of softened cream cheese
3 /4 cup (70 g) cooked chopped bacon pieces
1 oz (28 g) pkg ranch seasoning mix
8 oz (227 g) cheddar cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl combine shredded chopped cooked chicken and barbecue sauce
In a separate bowl combine softened cream cheese, package of ranch seasoning mix and bacon pieces
On a floured surface open can of ready made pizza dough and roll out in to a 14 by 10 inch rectangle
First spread the cream cheese mixture all over the pizza dough
Next add the barbecue chicken in an even layer
Add shredded cheese and reserve a 1/2 cup of shredded cheese for topping
-Now carefully roll up the layered pizza dough
Next take a floured piece of dental floss and cut in to 15 rolls
Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Now beat egg and egg wash the exterior of each roll and sprinkle the reserved cheese on top of each roll
Bake in a preheated @ 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes then serve
