Dieses Backofensystem eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen weniger Produktsorten in sehr hohen Stückzahlen in einem linearen Prozess. Monolinien in der Aufarbeitung erreichen heute 25000 Brötchen in der Stunde – und sogar deutlich mehr. Der Vulkan Tunnelofen ist der Garant dafür, dass diese Mengen auch in einwandfreier und stets reproduzierbarer Qualität gebacken werden.

Das Funktionsprinzip des Ofens ist auf die kontinuierliche Linienproduktion abgestimmt: Am Einlauf des Ofens werden die Produkte durch maßgeschneiderte Systeme an das Ofenband automatisch übergeben, die Laufgeschwindigkeit des Bandes wird mit der erforderlichen Backzeit koordiniert: Erreicht das Backgut das Ende des Ofens zur automatischen Entnahme, ist auch die korrekte Backzeit erreicht. Alternativ ist auch das Backen bei stehendem Band möglich. Der Ofen wird als einherdiger Durchlaufofen gebaut. Seine gesamte Konfiguration und Funktionsweise stimmen wir durch eine exakte Planung genau auf die gewünschten Stückzahlen und das zu backende Produkt ab.
