Описание к видео Yoga For Constipation | Bloating & IBS | Yoga For Fibromyalgia

This lovely practice is a request (if you have any, let me know!). We will practice a few gentle stretches to help find ease and movement for painful bloating and constipation.

We will also practice being open to some ideas around this symptom/diagnosis (as a symbol or signal from my body) in the sense that I could be subconsciously holding or gripping onto something & NOT willing to let it go easily. Could that resonate at all?

Or maybe I did eat a tad too quickly. Or maybe I should lay off the dairy (and gluten). Becoming our own private investigator is also our practice!

P.S. I remind myself to be kind to my body. Even though it really doesn't feel like it, my body is doing it's best to digest and assimilate whatever it is (physical, or not) that's causing this pain and blockage. I can ease this recovery process by accepting, forgiving and loving my body to work WITH it instead of against it. On a personal note, I was diagnosed with IBS in 2017 and have found that becoming my own personal investigator into the foods that work for me and don't work for me (as well as letting go of a lot of old crap) is helping me on the #healingjourney. I have let go of gluten, dairy, and avoid fried/greasy foods, overeating (pattern started in uni to fill the void of emptiness), eating too quickly (childhood habit to get away from uncomfortable situations) and also looking into lectin avoidance which include tomatoes, aubergines and peppers. Take what works for you and do more of that! Hope this pain passes quickly for you.
