She deals with Startups and is well developed. She is providing HR services to the firm which ease the HR department work. Further, she provides Training & Induction sessions to the employees. Her work even involves the career development of employees.

🎙️ Pooja Soni :

She holds 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager. Expert in handling all facets of HR. Currently she is working independently as a Personal Branding Strategist. She is a co-founder of the Surat IT-HR Meetup.
