How A Bartending LEGEND Smokes His Cocktail | Master Your Glass

On the episode of MYG I am joined by “King Cocktail” Dale Degroff who in considered the most influential bartender of the 21 st Century.
Dale and I have a fun conversation about the Fifty Fifty (Fiddy Fiddy) cocktail and he makes a variation of it called the Smoky Martini #2.

Smoky Martini #2 (By Dale Degroff)
1 Part Hendrick’s Orbium Gin (Roughly 1.25 oz/37.5 ml.)
1 Part Reyka Vodka (Roughly 1.25 oz/37.5 ml.)
½ Part oz. (60ml) Martini & Rossi Ambrato Vermouth (Roughly .5 oz/15 ml.)
1 Dash Dale Degroff Pimento Bitters
Method: Chill your favorite cocktail coupe) with ice. In a mixing beaker add ice and all the ingredients above. Stir for roughly 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled drinking glass you have picked.
Garnish: Float with 2 barspoons of Monkey Blended Scotch Whisky
