In this video, we spend a calm and unhurried day at the office, working on our own things but sharing the same space. It is one of those simple days that does not look like much from the outside, yet feels meaningful when you are in it.

On the way to the office, there was a small hiccup. I almost took the wrong bus. Both buses would have brought me to the same place, but one would have taken much longer. Moments like this remind me that while Singapore’s public transport is generally inclusive and accessible, there are still gaps when it comes to navigating buses as someone who is visually impaired. I share some reflections on how audio announcements for approaching buses could make a real difference, especially since this was not my first similar encounter.

The rest of the day was quiet and grounding. Working alongside your partner does not always mean constant conversation. Sometimes it is about sensing each other’s presence in the room. That quiet warmth, comfort, and sense of security even when we are focused on our own screens. It is hard to describe, but it is something I treasure deeply.

This video is a gentle slice of our everyday life. A mix of small challenges, quiet companionship, and gratitude for shared moments that make ordinary days feel special.
