Homemade cultured butter is far better than any store-bought butter. It's salty, slightly fermented(think rich butter and yoghurt aromas), and deliciously creamy! This cultured butter will elevate the humble slice of freshly baked bread into something truly exceptional.

Recipe( Makes about 1Kg of butter & 2 Liters of cultured buttermilk)
∙ 3 Liters Fresh cream
∙ 250ml Full cream Sour cream (Rich in healthy bacteria)
∙ 500ml Cultured Double cream Greek yoghurt(Rich in healthy bacteria)
∙ Sea salt (about 2% of washed butter's weight) Easy tip: multiply you weight(in grams) with 0.02(amount of salt to add)
