Stuart VE9CF, a seasoned amateur radio enthusiast, recently made waves in the radio community with his historic Parks On The Air (POTA) activation at CA-4460, the Bonar Law House Historic Site. This activation, which took place in March 2024, marked the debut of this esteemed location within the POTA program, captivating radio operators worldwide.

The Bonar Law House, nestled along the picturesque north side of the Richibucto River in the Village of Rexton, boasts an illustrious history. Spanning an impressive 8.9-hectare property, the site comprises a charming 19th-century wood farmhouse complemented by a barn, wagon shed, and board fencing, creating a captivating enclosed courtyard. Designated as a Provincial Historic Site, the Bonar Law House holds significance as the birthplace of Andrew Bonar Law, the only individual born outside of the United Kingdom to ascend to the office of Prime Minister of Great Britain.
