Residents of this neighborhood can easily access all parts of the city by subway, bus, and taxi.
This neighborhood is in its best condition, and because of this, the people of Tehran sometimes even buy their new year purchases from the commercial centers of this neighborhood.
Most of the apartments in the area are newly built, and for this reason, it can be said that the newly built urban fabric has caused the flood of immigrants to this area to continue every year.
The existence of urban comfort facilities has made most of the people of Tehran to have a better view of Piroozi neighborhood.

این محله در بهترین شرایط خود است و به این دلیل مردم تهران در برخی مواقع حتی خریدهای شب عید خود را از مراکز تجاری این محله تامین می کنند.
اکثر آپارتمان های منطقه نوساز بوده و به همین دلیل می توان گفت که بافت نوساز شهری موجب شده که سیل مهاجران به این منطقه هر ساله ادامه داشته باشد. وجود امکانات رفاهی شهری موجب شده که اکثر مردم تهران نسبت به محله پیروزی دید بهتری داشته باشند.
آب و هوای منطقه نسبت به مرکز و جنوب تهران، در شرایط بهتری است و وجود بوستان های متعدد موجب شده که آب وهوای محله پیروزی در شرایط بهتری قرار داشته باشد.
