In today's debate, host Padmaja Joshi will be discussing violence in West Bengal over the panchayat poll. While the panchayat elections were announced in Bengal, the state has witnessed incidents of violence and interference from various parts of the country. Both the Congress and the BJP are united in pointing fingers at the Trinamool Congress Party.
We are joined by a few panellists. "The left started the culture of political violence, but it has been taken to another level by the TMc," said political analyst Gargi Nandi.
