Recipe:

1 skirt steak in marinade
1 white onion
2 balls of fresh Mozzarella
Olive oil
Loaf of Italian Bread
Aluminum Foil

Chop onions & cut mozzarella
Put olive oil into pan and heat
Throw onion into pan and sauté
Throw steak on BBQ
Cut steak when done
Place strips of steak on bread
Place sautéed onions on sandwich
Place mozzarella on top
Wrap in tin foil and place on BBQ for six minutes
Unwrap foil and slice sandwich
