Through the Career and Technical Education program at Milton Hershey School, students and staff get to transform real-world problems into fun and digestible solutions. In the Culinary Arts career pathway, that can happen quite literally with a short trip over to the MHS Horticulture Center. While learning about the importance of local farms and food, students in the Advanced Culinary Arts class sample fresh produce and herbs. Then they return to the kitchen with new knowledge and inspiration to help them create flavorful menus and be their greatest selves.
