1) Make The Water Dough (制作发麵皮)
500g cake flour (low gluten flour ) - 500 克低筋麵粉
200ml warm water - 200ml 温水
75g sugar - 75 克糖
7g yeast - 7 克酵母
6g baking powder - 6 克泡打粉
10g lard - 10 克猪油

2) Make Egg Custard filling (制作奶皇馅)
250g beaten egg - 250 克蛋液
250g sugar - 250 克糖
25g milk powder - 25 克奶粉
25g cornflour - 25 克粟米粉
25g custard powder - 25 克吉士打粉
25g butter - 25 克牛油
200g coconut milk - 200 克椰奶
