Trouble brewing is a relatively abandoned minigame but the gameplay is decent so here's a guide.

Join the clan chat "Trouble Brewing" as a guest, or join the friends chat "TBrew" if you're interested in playing and are having trouble finding a team. The official world is 104. There must be 3 or more people on each team to begin a round.


------Requirements/Items------
Beaten Cabin Fever Quest
40 Cooking
Monkeyspeak Amulet or Cramulet(helpful but not required)
Good Hatchet (Rune is fine)
Weight Reduction Gear(Not needed with high agility)
No head slot items may be worn and nothing can be in your inventory
Rocking Out Quest & 76 hunter to catch the pirate implings(optional)

------Location------
Trouble brewing is located all the way in the northeast of Mos Le'Harmless
You should take a charter ship or go to Port Phasmatys and take a ship from there to the island and then run all the way northeast.
You can also buy rum from trouble brewing to teleport directly there.

------Goal------
The goal of the game is to work with your team to make rum and to collect ingredients.
The reward points you get(pieces of eight) are determined by how many ingredients you collect and deposit into hoppers(you get 1 point per ingredient up to 100 maximum) and how many rum your team makes(2 points per rum). In order to get points for your team's rum you need to have contributed ingredients besides buckets of water. It's worth noting that winning/losing has absolutely no effect on your score so you can ignore the other team almost completely. Each round lasts for 20 minutes.

------Ingredients & Making Rum------
Ingredients(number required per rum):
1. Flowers & Colored Water(3 per rum) - Collect flowers from by the opposite team's base. You can only hold 5 flowers at a time so if you have a partner you should trade them the flowers in order to bring back more per trip. Use the flowers on the Kettle in the area by where you start and then use empty bowls on it to get colored water.
2. Bucket of Water(5 per rum) - fill empty buckets at the pump
3. Bitternut(1 per rum) - Collect by using a bowl of colored water on a monkey and then using it on a bitternut tree. Using a monkeyspeak/cramulet and making them angry gets the nuts quickly. You can only hold 2 nuts at a time(lol).
4. Scrapey Bark(1 per rum) - Cut logs from scrapey trees and click on them to get the bark.
5. Sweetgrubs(1 per rum) - Use raw meat on piles of grubs
(6.) Pirate Implings - These will give random items when caught so it's a good idea to catch them whenever they're close to you.

When making rum you also need to keep the boilers lit. The logs will burn even if no rum is being made so don't light them too early. You don't get any points for adding logs so if you do this, make sure to do other activities before the round ends. It's also worth noting that you can put scrapeytree logs into the log storage bin in your base and withdraw them as normal logs.

Once you have enough ingredients for a rum to be made it will take about 30 seconds to be made and then you must collect it from by the kettle. If you don't collect it before another rum spawns then the first will be destroyed.

------Sabotage------
Sabotage is only done by jerks.. its only purpose is to annoy the other team and waste their time since there's no advantage to one team winning.
I won't say how to do it since there's no point, but if someone lights your stuff on fire you need to either wait for it to go out or douse it with a bucket of water. Then you'll need to repair it using the repair items from the workbench by the start(bamboo pipes for repairing pipes between the boilers/spigot, wooden planks for the hoppers, and bridge pieces for bridge). If you run out of repair items you can make more by using logs on the workbench.

------Rewards------
Minor exp gains after each round
Cosmetic Items - Naval Outfits & Flags
Rum to teleport to Trouble Brewing
The "Stuff" - Used to increase the chance of making mature ales while brewing
Medium Clue - Pretty much a joke/troll since it costs 5k tokens(well over 10 hours of gameplay)
