Adam also shares what it was like arriving in Argentina in the late 90s, living in Congreso during the 2001 cacerolazo, adapting to Argentine greetings and personal space, trying out local football, teaching English, acting in commercials and realizing when it was time to walk out of a humiliating casting. From being “from the future” with rollerblades and big jackets to raising kids in the local school system, it’s a real look at gringo life, sports, slang and everyday culture shock in Buenos Aires.
