In the morning, grind the soaked seeds into a fine paste.
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil and mix well.
Apply the mask to your scalp and hair, focusing on the roots.
Leave it on for 30-45 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo and conditioner.

2: Amla Oil Massage
Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, is packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants that nourish your hair follicles, stimulate growth, and prevent hair breakage.
Warm up a few tablespoons of amla oil.
