Activity Flow
What is the flow and rules of the activity from start to end?
1. a ball is played to the winger on the outside. He takes the ball towards the goal and plays a sharp and flat cross into the penalty area, trying to address the striker
2. two defenders start from the same position as the attacker and enter the box at high speed.
3. the defenders try to clear the ball out of the goal-threatening area and not allow a goal to be scored

Organization
1. a mark for the height from which the defenders and the attacker will start
2. a goal with a goalkeeper
3. divide players into attackers, wingers and defenders

Coaching Points
1. keep an eye on the ball and the opponent
2. the back defender coaches the front defender
3. clear the cross correctly (do not clear into the middle)

Variations
1. two attackers play against two defenders
2. the cross can be played from both sides (always alternating)
