45g Plain Flour
30g Demerera Sugar
30g Melted Butter
¼ tsp Cinnamon

CRUMBLE
120g Cold Butter
180g Plain Flour
40g Caster Sugar
25g Demerera Sugar
Pinch of Salt

APPLES
650g Chopped/Peeled Apples
2-3 tbsp Caster Sugar
¾ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Cloves

BROWN SUGAR CUSTARD
3 Egg Yolks
90g Light Brown Sugar
30g Cornflour
Pinch of Salt
500ml Whole Milk
200ml Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
