At the start of the process I though the framing would be a nightmare. However, with a lot of planning and some great help, it probably ended up being the easiest part of the facility build.

This is the time-lapse of the framing of out 4 rehearsal rooms. Each room has its own internal 4 walls, that is that none of the walls are shared between the rooms. Also, none of the frames are touching each other to aid in isolation.

Unlike the recording studio, we did not go to the effort of isolating the frames from the concrete slab as it was more effort that we were prepared to go to. The frames are secured to the concrete using ramset pins and each room measures approx 4m x 6m x 3m high.
