AlphaFold2: Uses and Applications

In this video Clinton gives an introduction the protein structure prediction software AlphaFold2. He briefly describes how it works, highlighting what users need to input into the program to enable it to run. He details the key outputs of the program and how they can be used to assess the reliability of the predicted structures. He lists what AlphaFold2 can be used for. Finally, he gives hints and tricks in the use of the program illustrating with examples from his own scientific research into dynein motor structure and function.
