This video demonstrates an Agentic Vendor Change Management solution built using Automation Anywhere, showcasing how AI-driven agents can autonomously process vendor master data change requests with built-in governance and human oversight.

The solution accepts unstructured vendor change requests submitted through Google Forms and uses AI Skills to interpret intent, assess risk, and classify severity as Low, Medium, or High. Based on this classification, the agent dynamically decides whether to proceed autonomously or request Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval for higher-risk changes.

Low-risk updates, such as contact detail changes, are processed end-to-end without human intervention. Medium- and high-risk changes, including bank detail updates, are routed for approval before execution. Once approved, the agent securely updates vendor records through REST APIs, ensuring only authorized and approved fields are modified.

Every decision and action is logged for auditability, compliance, and traceability, demonstrating safe autonomy at enterprise scale.
