Boss patterns:
1st turn: weak single target attack
2nd turn: strong single target attack
Both attacks aim at the farthest unit so position your tankiest unit behind to bait the attacks.
3rd turn and 4th turn: 2 lightning debuffs on 2 nearest units. They will explode next turn in cross shape with the debuffed units at center.
5th turn: 3x7 aoe with 3 tiles knockback in front of boss. Its generally weak so you can tank it or move to the sides to avoid.
Back to 2nd turn and repeat

Cooling Powder is a great trinket to prevent no healing debuff from boss. If you don't have the trinket you can replace Maitha with another healer with dispel to remove the debuff.
Be careful with the purple crystals the boss summon, they explode if you get knocked to it and cause huge def debuff when they alive. Position your units so the cross shape aoe lightnings can destroy them..
