One Saturday, some friends and I saw the Dover Harbor private rail car on the rear of Amtrak's Pennsylvanian train 43 or NS 07T. This 1930s Pullman rail car is owned by the Washington, DC Chapter of the NRHS. After that train left Altoona, NS 4000 came by trailing on an intermodal freight train. I also hung out with some folks from the Penn Central Historical Society that weekend.
