So, one of the most interesting use cases that we have been using Speech-to-Note for in our agency is that we use it for writing SEO-friendly blogs. Since the arrival of Speech-to-Note, it has become very easy for all of the team members to participate in the content creation activity for the agency.

Earlier, it was a very cumbersome task for all of the communication to happen between subject matter experts, such as developers or designers, to collaborate with writers and produce content for the agency to publish on our website as blogs. But now, they just use Speech-to-Note. Since language is not a barrier anymore, they can come on the platform and talk in any language, whatever their preferences may be.

For example, I can come here and talk in Hindi as well. And I am pretty sure that I will get output in English in a very proper way.

This has completely eliminated the fear within them; it has taken the fear out of their mindset. We don't need to write in a particular language that is suitable for the business; we just need to convey our expertise and express it in the natural form that we are capable of.

Here is what they do:
Team members come on the platform and talk about the talking points on which they want to write the blog.

They speak seamlessly as if they're explaining to a junior team member, discussing a topic with colleagues, or giving advice on the topic.

Once that is done, a draft blog emerges, which we are utilizing as a demonstration for this entire process. When the written material comes out from Speech-to-Note, they verify it and then send it to the writer for the final manual work. We acknowledge that although AI helps us significantly, human intervention is still necessary for refinement, taking your content from 80% to 100%.

The writers take the draft, perform due diligence, refine it, and then send it back to the subject matter expert, be it a developer or a designer, for final approval before it gets published. This process has cut down our content creation time from 45 days to just five days maximum. The caveat is that I still need to remind the team members to submit their articles, but this is a minor aspect considering the overall efficiency gains.

In our team, it is compulsory for every team member to contribute at least one piece of content once every two months. The preparation work for the content from start to finish used to take 45 days; now it has reduced significantly from 45 to just five days. That's the power of Speech-to-Note that we are leveraging at this point in time.
