In this video we are teaching you how to body wave or body roll in just five minutes. It is a fast and easy dance tutorial aimed at every beginner and also for everyone who wants to improve their body wave and the control over their body.

In this Video, we break down each of the steps that are necessary to perform a body roll correctly. Afterwards, we show you how to do a reverse body wave. To finish, we combine both movements and help you master it.

To do a body roll or body wave, we start with our chest, then with our tummy and we finish with our hips and end up in the sitting position. We then do the opposite and do the reverse body wave.

We are Roberto & Magdalena, Bachata dancers, and our goals is to help you learn Bachata and/or improve at it. We want you to feel good about yourself when you dance and we want to teach you how to express yourself and be more confident when dancing.
