Part 2 — Pris’ story:
While filming this, I reflected on the challenges I faced during my dance school days, which brought up some emotions. I’m so grateful for the chance to dive deep into this art form because, to me, art is life. Those challenges have taught me so much about myself and the beauty of the journey.

I’ve often felt like I wasn’t good enough, which is why, as a fitness instructor, I want to help you see that just showing up to class is something to be proud of. It’s a commitment to growth, and that’s worth celebrating.

In my Pilates and movement teaching, I focus on positive affirmations because you are all heroes for showing up and giving your best. Each of you is unique and deserves to be celebrated!
