In this video, I change out the heater core on my 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS! It’s pretty simple, done with basic hand tools!

If you remember on Hot Rod Power Tour 2023, our heater core was leaking. I assumed it was from the A/C working and condensation drip. Second, I replaced the temp gauge sending unit and while working to removed the starter, I believe I loosened a wire which caused the temp gauge to not work properly during the trip.

It was very good timing regardless since the plastic fittings on the heater core lines needed to be replaced from deterioration.
