Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts cut into small cubes
4 medium - large potatoes
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of onion slices
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp of tamaric powder
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1 tbsp of tandoori masala (optional)
Green chilli to taste
A handful of chopped coriander
1 tsp of panch phoron + 1 tsp of whole coriander (roasted and crushed)

For the dough:
5 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ajwain (carom seeds)
1/2 cup of oil
Water as required
