From arranging, composition, engineering, production, songwriting and even manufacturing, we'll look at out how to position yourself to build income from a career in audio.

Brian (Bt) "Gibbs" a record producer, mixing engineer & co-owner at Skyline Entertainment & Publishing (Tool Shed Studios) with 30+ record credits in 2020. An accomplished musician and performer with a B.M. Degree from Berklee College of Music (Jazz Composition), he brings his diversified portfolio of skills and passion past the stage to his roles as a producer, mixing engineer (including immersive), FOH engineer, and as a mentor to future audio engineers across the Bay Area. Gibbs is committed to developing the next generation of producers & engineers, along with protecting and supporting creator's rights. He is one of our 'professionals in residence' at SVMP and has been a valuable member of our community since 2020.

Silicon Valley Music Production Workshop (aka SVMP) is a music community based around helping artists improve their craft. We provide an environment for musicians to get feedback on their music in a low pressure environment. We meet bi-weekly for regular feedback sessions and other special sessions like this online summit.
