This is a loose, abstract watercolor butterfly that is really fun to paint! You can use any round brush of your choice and 4 main colors- a base color for the background, a contrasting color for the veins, a complimentary bright color to splatter, usually a warm color, and finally, a neutral black. I also use a white gouache to splatter around, which creates a delicate atmosphere to the wings. Have fun! Tag me @bloomfeatherstudio on Instagram. I would love to see what you come up with!
