How to upload Instagram Reels and fix the VideoSourceAudioStreamCheckException error

Here's a quick video to show you how to fix the "VideoSourceAudioStreamCheckException" error message if you're uploading content to Instagram or Threads and it's not working.

I've found that you can change the export settings in Davinci Resolve to fix this problem and then you should be able to upload your video easily from your desktop.
