*INCIDENT AND OPERATION-
On 30/3/2023, at 00.15 HRS, a PCR call was received at PS Naraina regarding laying of an injured person behind PS Narayana and the same was entrusted to ASI Sushil who along with the staff reached the spot and injured person was taken to DDU Hospital where he was declared brought dead. The visible injury was found at the right side of forehead in hairy area. As no witness is found therefore a case on the basis of MLC and DD entry was registered vide FIR No. 63/23 u/s 302 IPC PS Narayana and investigation of the case was taken up.
In this regard a dedicated team led by Insp. Shriniwas Rajora SHO/ Naraina comprising SI Jarnail Singh, SI Brajesh Patel, ASI Navneet, HC Rajesh, HC Bijender, HC Vinod Dhaka, HC Sagarmal, Ct Deepak, Ct Sunil, W/Ct Pinki, W/Ct Pooja was formed under the supervision of ACP Mayapuri. During the course of investigation a white Swift car was found on the spot with open driver's side window and blood was splashed inside as well as near the car and deceased was identified as Kamal Kumar r/o Dwarka, Delhi who was running a small type Dhaba and a Mobile Accessories Shop in the local market of Naraina. During the further course of investigation it was found that deceased Kamal had filed numerous complaints at MCD against one Renu Devi r/o Indira Gandhi Camp, Ph-1, Naraina, Delhi. Renu Devi had built a temple at a park in Indira Gandhi Camp, Naraina Industrial area, phase-1, Delhi and deceased Kamal had filed lots of complaints against Renu Devi for the demolition of the temple. Both Renu Devi and Kamal were at logger heads. Renu Devi was interrogated, but initially she did not cooperate in the investigation. During the further course of intelligence gathering it was found that the suspected person who had committed the offense had run away to Himachal in one I-20 car. The team acted swiftly and rushed to Himachal Pradesh. But the suspects kept evading the police team in Himachal Pradesh.
Later on sustained interrogation accused Renu broke down and revealed that as deceased had filed numerous complaints against her therefore she hired Sachin, Sumit, Bharat and Rohit for killing Kamal. Accordingly, a trap was laid down and the above mentioned accused persons Sachin, Sumit, Bharat, and Rohit were arrested on 1/4/2023. One country made pistol, two live cartridges, one empty case and one scooty without number plate which were used in commission of crime were recovered from the possession of the accused persons. The fifth accused Saurabh Tyagi who facilitated the accused persons to run away to Himachal in his I20 car was also arrested. During the sustained interrogation it was found that accused Sachin along with his accomplices Sumit, Rohit and Bharat had shot the deceased Kamal in the head. All the accused persons were arrested.

5. Rohit r/o Firoj Gandhi Colony, Gurugram, Haryana, Age - 20 years
6. Sourabh Tyagi r/o Gaziabad, UP, Age - 26 year


RECOVERIES:-

1. One Country Made PistoL,
2. Two Live Cartridges,
3. One Empty Cartridge
4. One Scooty used in Commission of Crime
5. ONE I20 CAR used in Escaping.
