Since I've been getting a fair amount of views on Facebook, I've decided to drop this same video on Youtube. There is NOT one video showing anyone how to recreate the Detroit Soul Sound from scratch as opposed to sampling old school soulful tracks(To Make Beats). Somebody has to do it, ME!! and Inside Propellerhead Reason!. This video has two parts. This type of sound turns smooth tracks into a grimey hip hop sound used A TON in NEW YORK Hip Hop Beats and Just Blaze like Productions.

Trombones, Tenor & Baritone saxes, convincing background vocal sounds(Especially ooohs), Electric Guitars/(Psychadelic 60's guitar). (You will use various combinations as the TOP PART of the instrumentation and add a SUB-Bass or a dope Bass Gtr. to give you the INSTANT STANK FACE.

These videos will NOT focus on the SIGNAL CHAIN effects but more on creating the DRY sound to start off with as opposed to using a sample. Some may find these useful and others will not.
