This Jazz Piano Tutorial is about how to play chords in your left hand. Now, in Jazz you don't always need to play every single note in a chord. The most important notes are generally the 3rd and the 7th (guide tones) and any altered and extended notes, the root and the fifth are generally not really considered too important. This means you can just leave them out (especially if you're being accompanied by a bassist).

Essentially, in this lesson I quickly cover:
- Using Shell Chords
- Using inversions of chords as necessary so as to not jump around the keyboard too much
