The 2019 video was titled a 'Conversation with Chief Justice of California Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye,' but it immediately appeared problematic because comments and voting were turned off for the video; denying citizens a voice. The talk itself was to an audience that is not representative of California citizens, but rather large corporate interests, and the questions were pre-screened and provided on index cards, with a special moderator that acted more as handler. It is usually a red flag when private citizens have to sue judges; often judges try to make the private litigant appear unreasonable. Every case is different, but this judicial opinion carries some tell-tale signs of dishonesty and uneven treatment. The lawsuit is below: Full facts and circumstances unknown because the court writing the opinion did not want them known. That's not a good sign. Judges ruling over cases involving other judges creates a natural conflict of interest.
