Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek! at Tokyo Disneyland is a wildly popular, Tokyo-exclusive interactive dark ride that brings the hilarious world of Pixar's Monsters, Inc. to life in an incredibly immersive and fun way.

Located at the entrance to Tomorrowland, the attraction is themed as the Monsters, Inc. factory and the bustling city of Monstropolis. It takes place after the events of the movie, where the scary doors have been replaced by laugh doors, and the monsters now generate power through laughter instead of screams. The adorable human child Boo, along with Sulley, Mike Wazowski, Roz, Randall, and a huge cast of other monsters, invites guests to join a special game of hide-and-go-seek.

You board a tram-like ride vehicle (with two tethered flashlights per row—perfect for a pair of riders). As the lights go out and the power "fails" in Monstropolis, your job is to use your flashlight to search for and "find" the hidden funny monsters scattered throughout the scenes. Shine your light on the right spots, and you'll trigger all sorts of hilarious reactions: monsters pop out, make faces, scream in surprise, dance, or cause chaotic chain reactions with lights, props, and special effects.

The ride is packed with dozens of incredibly detailed animatronics that faithfully recreate the film's characters (Sulley's massive fur, Mike's single eye, and all the quirky background monsters look spot-on), stunning sets that move from the Monsters, Inc. offices and scare/laugh floor to the streets of Monstropolis, clever hidden Easter eggs, surprise moments, and a fantastic sense of interactivity that keeps everyone laughing and shouting throughout.
