This is a nice flow for the Flexible Beginner Yoga. With the feel of Ananda Yoga, is not quite as slow and doesn't hold as long . It is perfect for anyone who feels like they are advanced in poses, wants a good stretch, to practice their intention for the day, and open up the glands where your chakras are located. Ours is a gentle, welcoming environment we start with basic postures and work our way up gradually as needed so you don't feel overwhelmed!
