Nvidia RTX 3080 FE Thermal Pad Replacement & Re-Paste-Improve your Mem Junction Temp by OVER 20C

This video is intended to help those that are still on the fence about changing their stock thermal pads on their Founders Edition 3080 GPU make an informed decision. After managing to purchase this elusive GPU at the height of the shortage I was very happy with the performance for a couple of months, but slowly but surely the Memory Junction Temperatures begun to creep upwards due to the thermal pads separation until the fans were forced to go on full blast to compensate for the poor thermal transfer
