Pierre Poilievre wins Conservative leadership by landslide

Pierre Poilievre won the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada with two-thirds of the vote after a campaign focused on limiting government inference in people’s lives. His supporters feel the current government is ineffective and see him as a welcome alternative.
