So I'm doing this Video based assignment for Uni, and basically I've picked up the topic on Depression & Anxiety. As I've explored deeply into this topic I've noticed that the outcome leads to many devastating results, the main factors are usually Conflict, Intolerance, Abuse, Loss & well the list goes on.

Depression is real, it isn't a weakness but you can't go at it alone.
Know this to all who watch this, you are not weak, you are not alone & you are worth everything to what you are living for. You have family who love you, you have friends who will look out for you & just maybe there is that one person out there who will come & stretch their hand out to you.
