Born in Lithuania, Julija begins her musical studies at a young age graduating from the Gymnasium of Arts M. K. Ciurlionis with diploma in Chorus Conduction. Continues her studies also as a jazz singer and wins a scholarship to participate on Boston Berklee Clinics Summer School, where she studies with Donna McElroy, Elvin Jones and Bobby MacFerrin. Graduated in opera singing from "G. Rossini " Conservatory in Pesaro. Selected by Dalton Baldwin to study at Accademie Musical de Villecroze in France, and wins a scholarship to study with Raina Kabaivanska at Accademia Chigiana in Siena. She is a winner at numerous national and international singing competitions such as:
As.Li.Co Competition Como 2005 , Sacred Music Competition 2006 Rome , Vinas Competition Barcelona 2007, “ Segattini “ Competition in Venice 2007 , “Renata Tebaldi “ Competition in San Marino 2007, Competition “Città di Bologna“ 2009, “Giuseppe di Stefano “ Competition a Trapani 2009 , Maria Callas Competition. Sang all over the world in most important theaters and in this moment she is an established artist of Teatro alla Scala in Milan Italy.
