The core belief of “I’m not good enough” is one that is very common that I see and work with as a therapist.

This core belief is one that is rooted in deep shame and is often developed very young - in other words it is the hallmark of a developmental injury from early in life.

The “I am not good enough” belief system is wired deep into our nervous system and often makes people strive and try really hard to be seen, heard, selected and succeed at the detriment of themselves.

The good news is that we can work together with somatic therapies that are perfect for allowing you to heal this early childhood attachment trauma. This core belief it is often linked into attachment wounding and together we can work towards identifying the sensations & emotions in the body and work together to heal the wounded inner child within.
