Here we are checking the Brix of our grapes which will help us determine when it is time to harvest.
Most of our Wines are produced in an Old World Style. So our Flavor Profiles are similar to those found in France, Italy or Spain.
Here our Winemaker, Robert Cec and his assistant are checking the Brix, or sugar concentration of the grapes.
When a certain degree of Brix is reached it's time to Harvest!!!
Zion Vineyards has two locations to the West and East of the I-15.
