Figured I'd upload a speedrun of the game seeing as there aren't any currently available. The time is easily improvable (picking up a candle when they're not needed, taking the long-way to get back upstairs, etc). My goal with this video wasn't to make a definitive speedrun, more-so a guide for speedrunners and to those that are stuck.

Here is the short walkthrough guide I made

1. Hit pause (esc or start on controllers) to skip the intro, don't pick up the phone and head upstairs
2. Panda on Lucy's door, open the door and "view" the panda, closet will open on it's own
3. "knock-knock-knock" in closet until sound-cue
4. Turn off TV and it'll turn on again, Basement key is on the dresser near the exit door
5. Try to find a lighter when walking downstairs (optional for speedruns), garage key is by the mannequin room (optional). Walk into room where you hear Lucy gasping
6. Pick up camera, wait for syringe cutscene, enter the room with the safe and view black wall
7. Enter the tree-house (lit up door on the main floor)
8. View Lucy's door, it'll close so enter through the parent's bedroom
9. Break the "painting" and enter room, key is in a random dresser.
10.Take picture of birdcage, turn around a bunch, take bird
11.You're back in the house again, mannequin's jaw is in the bathroom, go back downstairs
12. Attach the jaw to the mannequin and take a picture of the wardrobe 3 times
13. After you finish the "out-of-house" segment head into the bathroom to play the final cutscene
14. Optional Easter egg after grabbing the key.
