Last Marketing Update for the year.

Rates moved a little this week and even though it’s felt like a roller coaster ride, we’re just about where we started the year.

Should be a very slow week with the market closing early on Tuesday and all day Wednesday. Our team will also have reduced hours, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you need us.

Since my update is short this week, I’m throwing in a homeowner tip for you today: 
everyone should have their property tax statements by now. If you escrow for your taxes, you really don’t have to do anything. Your lender will pay those from your escrow account, even if it’s more than what you have escrow for taxes. They will just take any over or under payment and modify your monthly escrow amount for next year. You as a homeowner don’t need to lift a finger. Which is great during this busy time of year!
