Along the CN at Villa Park Illinois. Seen is old Elgin Joliet & Eastern road switcher EJE# 669 which powers this days "Addison Local." There is a decent sized plastics plant located along Villa Avenue that has its own mini track network. The CN will send a road switcher out to service this plant, as well as other industry, on this branch line outside of Chicago. This video shows the numerous back and forth movements that the crew makes using an EJ&E SD38-3 road switcher. While they were switching the plant, they already had a string of cars that they had left on this single track main. When the switching was complete they still had to couple up to the other cars.
